Return Policy

Damaged Goods:

If you receive a product from us and it is damaged, please contact us. We will ensure you get an undamaged product at no extra charge.

Undamaged Goods:

You may return our products for a refund within 14 days of the purchase order. The products must be shipped back to us unwashed with all materials originally sent, including all documentation (ID card and brochures) and packaging (box and bag). The customer will pay for any shipping charges and a $15 restocking fee. Upon receiving and inspecting the product the customer will receive a refund.

Shipping Errors:

If the customer incorrectly enters their address or omits necessary information (buzzer number), they are responsible for re-shipping fees. If our system fails or is unreasonably confusing and results in errors, we will cover re-shipping fees.
